Identify your 10 BEST 🔥 Clients and then make sure you are giving them excellent service each and every time that they come in the shop. Remember, you want your best clients to be your most active referral source so that they will recommend you to other quality people. As far as actually getting referrals from your best clients 😃, make sure that you are asking clients: "Who do you know that you could refer to my chair? " This makes them think about a name or two which they may be able to give you. This is different than asking do you know someone that you can refer to me? Which is a simple yes or no answer which is not as helpful.
