For the past 9 years, I've run my own communications and advocacy firm, Bayer Strategic Consulting (https://bayerstrategic.com/), outside Washington, DC USA. Before that, I served as a chief of staff in the U.S. Senate.

I help universities, companies, and foundations get their scientists and engineers coached up in high-stakes executive presentation and writing skills.
