I've been setting my emails on Smartlead.ai, and so far I've got 2 out of my 4 domains warming up. Those 2 domains are hosted by Godaddy and email by Outlook. Now I'm getting a bit of mixed messages between Godaddy and smartlead support team.
Godaddy is telling me that if I set forwarding to my main email (noemie@namko) email will appear to be sent by that email and not the subdomains I've bought to do the campaign (noemie@growthnamko).
Smartlead is telling me that it will be sent as noemie@growthnamko.
I can't seem to get a proper answer from any of them, I would have wanted to do a beta sending to check but it's not possible.
Is anybody here has been setting their emails and forwarding them, please?
If its not possible to have them sent in the client inbox as noemie@namko, do people tend to mistrust the sender or they don't really pay attention to it, only to the message?
