I am teaching how to automate mundane task so that we can save time. In this group a "a minute saved is a minute earned." I would argue that time is way more valuable than money. Whether your a business looking to optimize workflows or an Individual interested in small automation this group will have a little bit for everyone.
For example:
Lets assume that each task takes us one 1 minute to complete. [task = t]
Therefor each automation would save us 1 minute.
*some tasks can take10+ mins to complete ex. copying prospect data to CRM*
Now 100 automation:
10 mins x 5 business days = 500 mins / week | 2,000 mins / month | 24,000 mins / year
Then 1,000 automation:
10 mins x 5 business days = 5,000 mins / week | 20,000 mins / month | 240,000 mins / year
The time savings could result in:
- Saving money on labor
- Investing the time into more productive activities like sales
- Higher data accuracy and reduced mistakes
