Website design idea

Just wanted to get some feedback on an idea I had about a lead gen automation to see if anyone thought it was useful or anything?

The idea is to scrape leads for companies that have or don't have websites that you could sell to a web design company, Some of the free value you could drop to the lead is maybe get chatgpt to review the website and give a report on the website (seo, image size etc)!

Any suggestions or feedback?
