Sample Scope of Work / Consulting Agreement

I’ve been showing colleagues how to set up automations for their day to day tasks and recently was asked to build something a bit complex. They offered to pay me, so I told them I’d pull together a scope of work and figure out how to invoice them. Does anyone have a template SoW or sample they’d be willing to share? Also, what are the hourly bill rates that are typical with automations consulting? Thanks!
