Hyperlink in Telegram posts

This problem makes me crazy... I can´t solve it since days.

From RSS News I am getting news. Ideogram is making the images. Later it goes to two different telegram channels (and Pinterest)

The hyperlinks to the source work in most of the time. but in every 4th or 5th post it look like this (see the photo)

How to deal in with the source is written in the source for System and user but it is simply doesn´t work...

(sorry screenshots are in german language)

Do you have some advice guys?
