Do I download videos or do I have AI do it ?

Dear strugglers and heroes, this is what I need:

#1 on schedule AI checks sheet or drive for new picture or video or url of one , downloads without watermark , adds ending water fire sequence video , adds hook-offer-close , posts.

The picture/video will be taken from TikTok and posted to either TikTok or instagram and Threads depending on the account.

My question: for the long run, is it better to have the automation download the video/picture several times a day or do I do it and the AI just creates the new crap from the old crap?
