Apps You Can Use to Manage ADHD
Here is a list of apps that you can use to manage your ADHD.
I wanted to share with y'all some apps that can help you manage life with ADHD.
Bitwarden ~ Keep track of all your passwords across all of your devices.
FocusMe ~ This app works by making your “Monkey Mind” behave again.
Hiatus ~ Hiatus keeps tabs on all your subscriptions and negotiates better deals on your bills.
Tile ~ It sort of works like Apple AirTags, it's the same principle...keeps track of all your belongings so you don't lose your wallet or phone.
Notion ~ You can use this to keep track of all of your tasks.
FocusMate ~ Connects you to other people who have committed to being accountable for finishing their most important tasks.
Excalidraw ~ Draw out all of your ideas in a way that feels very natural.
Obsidian ~ A very useful notes tracking app.
Finch ~ Daily self care so you can manage life stress.
ForestApp ~ It grows a virtual tree when you can stay focused and tend to your garden.
Let me know if I've missed any important apps. Also please add your suggestions in the comments to improve this listing.
Thanks!
