Welcome to the ADHD & Autism Action (AAA) group. A supportive coaching community to help people, and their loved ones, who struggle with ASD/ADHD. According to the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention, Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) affects approximately 1 in 54 (around 2%) children in the United States. A 2024 study found that 1 in 9 U.S. children (7 million kids) have received an ADHD diagnosis. And according to the 2019 Canadian Health Survey on Children and Youth, among children aged 1-17 who have ASD, 36.5% also had ADD/ADHD. Just in North America alone, there are over 1.5 million children with both Autism & ADHD combined. And yet, the support system is severely lacking and healthcare infrastructure is ill-prepared to help all these people. That is why I started this support group to spread education & awareness about ASD/ADHD. There are also free courses in the classroom section available for members of this community, starting from Level 1 and onwards. It is my hope that we can come together and help families that face daily challenges while living with Autism & ADHD.
