Escape obligation-Create cash flow to cover your living expenses
Another great day to be alive and pursue my goal of $5k/month in rental income from paid off real estate. I'm currently sitting at $4,600/month in cash flow, but all my properties have debt against them. I want two that have no debt for a free and clear $5k/month, which would bring total cash flow to around $7k/month. That would cover all living expenses and allow my multiple six figure commission income to be straight up play money and money to continue investing with.
