My name is Blake and I am a former basketball player at Urbana University in Urbana, Ohio! After my playing career ended due to injuries, I started working for an Insurance company in the processing department! My biggest goal within this community is to meet like minded individuals and to collaborate with new people. I know the struggles of life after sport, and I can’t wait to meet new people who have faced what I have faced. My biggest project I am working on right now is to get back healthy and work out more! After basketball ended, I found it hard to have the discipline to workout consistently. But, I know how important exercise is to my health and longevity. So, I’ve made a lifestyle change to better my health and fitness! I’m SO excited to be a part of this community. I look forward to getting to know you all!

Hi everyone, I joined this community about a month ago and am super excited! I graduated from Methodist University in December with a Bachelor’s in Elementary and Special Education and minor in Professional Tennis Management. I played tennis there, and am currently trying to navigate some recent health issues while living as a retired athlete. I am currently a teacher and tennis coach!

I am a retired professional soccer player of 9 years, playing in 9 different countries , and currently a coach on the physical and mental side. I came to the US to finish my Bachelors in Business Administration at Thomas More University while I play Rugby for the University team. In 2022 I got drafted by the Dallas Jackals and now I am having the professional experience with them. I got my degree and I paused my MBA with only 3 classes left.
