This week I spoke about Agentic AI for International Students and Professionals at the AI in Higher Education Conference at the University of Manchester, ranked 7th in the UK! and one of the top 50 in the world! Huge thanks to @Laila Maa , who convinced me to roll into this journey with guest speaking in universities. She created the first opportunity by suggesting me, and I got accepted after a thorough interview. And thanks to her, the demand just rolled in. This is a big reminder: we win together as a community, not alone. You never know who's going to bring the next opportunity to you. But here's the truth: the only way to get the best opportunities is to be genuinely helpful, give more than you take, and earn trust. Trust is everything. And when you do that? It pays off. I'm so lucky to have cultivated this culture in this amazing community. I cannot thank you enough. I get some offers from you sometimes I can take, but others I really just have to politely decline. And when I do? I'd love to be able to offer them to other members. Whether it's work, exposure, experience, or anything that can help anyone. Let's all get together and support one another. Because real community lifts each other up. Mais voici la vérité : la seule façon d'obtenir les meilleures opportunités est d'être genuinely helpful, de donner plus qu'on ne prend, et de gagner la confiance. La confiance est tout. Et quand tu fais ça ? Ça paie.
