Beginner Questions - How To Build Strength
Why I'm Here
I'm a combat athlete who's struggled for a long time finding the right way to pair my busy BJJ / MMA training schedule with practical ways to increase my cardio and strength. After many years of trial and error I have found a system that works wonders for me and I believe it can do the same for you. It's not doing an endless amount of roadwork or spending countless hours per week in the gym lifting weights, it's much easier on your body and saves you valuable time you can spend developing your skills on the mats. If you'd like to learn these simple workouts I've implemented into my routine head over to the classroom and get started learning the right way to train now!
