Holidays Plans!
Comment what your favorite holiday food and maybe how you plan to enjoy the holidays without messing up your progress. My personal mentality the next couple of days is to train super hard on the days I can (workout & cardio) and then eat what I want an enjoy time with family. I truly think there is some kind of special connection when sharing a meal with your family so I typically dont skip out on holiday cheat food. What do y'all think?
