General Question
Good morning! Not sure if this is allowed but I’m looking for a lender that can do a HELOC on a home that I own free and clear. The home is priced on a lower end…appraisal came in a few hundred shy from $60k. My credit is fair and I just recently had a collection to show up. Can this even be done?
