Easy Run Advice
  1. Go on feel, do not worry about exact pace.
  2. listen to your body
  3. be able to keep a conversation, otherwise you are going to fast
  4. stretch for a few minutes afterwards
  5. Relax, enjoy the fresh air and sunshine
