Make and Google Calendar Assistance Please

Hello, hoping someone might be able to give me a hand. Trying to set up an appointment setter connecting to Google Calendar. Having 2 issues... 1) is there a way to modify a Make Format to change "Now" date/time to account for UTC-7 or pst time. (see image attached for this one). 2) The check calendar flow is working but it's not returning any available time slots. It always says there are no slots available. I'll add screenshots hoping that helps but if something else is needed please let me know. Thank you for any assistance!
