Help regarding customer CRM and Calendar

So guys when you are selleing your AI inbound solutions like AI receptionist, which calendar are you syncing in with ? Do the companies have their own software ?

I can't imageine it is a google calendar. For any business you need to manage multiple variables, so like for example restaurants they have like 20 tables, for solar companies, they might have multiple employees, so you need to know which table or which employee is free.

Any experience you can share ?
