Hi all, wondering what everyone’s first impressions of the program are. Any progress stories?
For me I’m working on my personal image for Focus. So far I see an image of a monk sitting on top of a pyramid looking into the distance at his goal. He meditates with a clear mind with a clear idea of his next step.
Letting this image guild me back to my task when my mind wonders has been helpful on day one. I like the reminders in the lessons that your mind will revert to its most comfortable state away from progress. How everyone’s progress going?
