Details on the Discipline Challenge

Since you guys have voted with a large majority on the discipline Challenge,

I just need you guys to answer 2 questions

1. Just so I know what does Discipline exactly mean or look like to you. For example, Focus means being able to sit at one place for a long time (3 hours) and work at something consistently. I just need you to define it so I know exactly what you are looking for and build it accordingly.

2. I am not at a place where I can record videos right now. Is it ok with you guys if I put out PDF's and video record it later or do you want me to just record the videos in 15 days directly?
