I did $450 in sales yesterday! It’s 4:30 pm & I’m currently at $449.5 in sales today. It may end up being my first $500+ day ever!! I anticipate scaling to $1,000 in revenue per day and beyond in the next week or two. Also, my margins are nice. For example, I am at $150 in ad spend today, so I'm sitting around $115 profit so far this afternoon and I made around $150 in profit yesterday! & it's all because of Alex's paid course.
Hey everyone,
I hope you're having a killer day! I thought I would write a quick post to give you my comprehensive perspective on Alex’s upcoming paid program. I got super lucky and serendipitously stumbled onto his YouTube channel after watching the 18-hour free Shopify course by Jordan Bown.
At that time, he had 75 followers, but his content was captivating. I got immersed in it, absorbing everything I could. I resonated with his sense of humor and down-to-earth communication style, but I also liked that he tied his theory to practical implementation.
I mention this because I have invested thousands of dollars in various E-Commerce and Shopify courses and masterminds. To be honest, I've always been disappointed in these courses because I found the instructors to be distant and unapproachable, leaving significant gaps in my knowledge. They seemed focused on proving themselves or feeding their egos (gaining followers) instead of helping their mentees succeed. Some would send their entire class products to test but then they never actually equipped us with the foundational knowledge required to independently assess a product's potential success or give us the how-to manual on marketing a product. So I was kind of left in the dark about crafting compelling creatives, determining the right moment to kill or scale ads, and many other critical aspects of building out a campaign.
I also had spent thousands trying to get dropshipping working on my own, but I was feeling defeated because I would make sales, but I could never do so profitably.
So, after finishing his free content I DM’d him on Instagram to ask if he had a paid course I could join. He got back to me and said he was working on one that would be dropping soon. He's paid high 5+ figures for coaching, masterminds, courses, etc. and he was putting everything he knew into this course, so I emailed back and said hey is there any way I can please get early access?
After a quick back and forth he agreed, so I sent him a wire transfer and that's where everything changed. Instantly I got access to the following things:
How to make a store that resonates with your dream customer (my store was SO bad before this, but I had no idea it was bad, let alone why it was bad, and step-by-step instructions on how to fix it). This is SO important because we don’t want to waste money sending people to a low-converting website
Product selection! You can’t even build a winning store without a winning product, and that means we need to select great products and understand the customer avatar that will buy this product. Alex’s course teaches you four different processes for finding winning products, and he goes REALLY deep on how to do product research.
The AURA strategy. I’m not sure if I am even allowed to mention this but it’s a product and customer psychology research method. It’s Alex’s secret sauce and I think it alone was worth the cost of the program. It's a GAME CHANGER. I'm attaching a screencap of a mastermind member talking about it.
How to make killer ads that outperform the competition. His program teaches us how to position our product differently than other people. Some of the cost-per-click metrics I have gotten are so crazy! I was getting a $2 cost per click before joining this mastermind. With Alex’s method, I am getting 30 30-cent cost per click (sometimes even lower!)
The apps you need to really succeed at this. Review apps, themes, mouse flow apps, email apps, apps to make creatives, apps to add captions, AI voiceovers, and more. This was also a game-changer! For instance, initially, I was getting a low cost-per-click but no conversions. By using the app he mentioned I was able to understand my authority/trust was low, so I tailored my site to some of the examples he had in there on how to build trust, and instantly I started making sales.
I cannot properly articulate how helpful this course has been. If you are thinking about taking Shopify super seriously I recommend you take that leap of faith like I did, because it is making the difference.
Anyway, I'm still a newbie to this game, but if anybody needs help or wants advice please feel free to reach out! Also, if you’re reading this — thanks again, Alex! You're the man — I really appreciate everything!
