Hello fellow marketers! I’ve been so focused on client work that I’ve neglected growing the SEO side of my own business. Now that I’m diving back in, I’m noticing a lot of resistance to SEO services—particularly Local SEO. I’m targeting service-based businesses (like electricians and plumbers), but despite highlighting the benefits of ranking higher in local searches and attracting nearby customers, I’m struggling to get traction (and struggling to get time in with these busy businesses!).
