First off, your videos are so helpful Caleb I'm getting a lot out of them... I just set up my Upwork account and am having issues...
I was setting up my profile and got to the point where it asked for a phone number I put that in and it says I have an account with that phone number already....
Come to find out years and years ago I set up an Upwork account with an email that no longer exists...
I attempted to use support chat and it literally took me in circles without any help or answers. I am told having multiple accounts can raise red flags on Upwork, but I can't access the account I made over 5 years ago.....
Since my cell number is linked to that old account I can't get access to, should I just use a new phone number for the new account I made?
