MyDesigns bulk listing help

I tried it last night with 20 listings (I,have the Pro version) and i kept getting an error that some of the files were over 10MB. I hovered over each file and none were over 10MB.

For the upload: I have the file with BG removed plus two mockup photos. The original file is there but it's not selected (wondering if should remove that original file altogether?). I've been watching videos and no one else seems to have this problem! Any advice?
