Mug sizing problem

Hey there! I hope everyone is doing well :)

I've been encountering an issue with my 11oz and 15oz mug wraps in the sense that if I make them in inches in Photoshop, the size in pixels does not match the recommended one.

For example, normally a 15oz mug should measure 8.75 in by 4.25 in and in pixels 2790 by 1219 px. But when I make it in Photoshop in inches (the exact size of 8.75 by 4.25), the pixel size is 2625 by 1275. It's literally driving me crazy!

The only thing I care about is the end user receiving the right size, so what in the world am I doing wrong?... 😵‍💫
