Hey guys, I'm brand new to coding. This is a lot to digest, but Brandon's video is helping a lot
I just thought I'd introduce myself, I'm Gabriel.
I'm a Landscaper / horticulturalist, and I'm looking at ways to develop a service / education app for aeroponics systems. I can go into details later if you want, but it would eventually involve monitoring real world sensors and saving the data for individual users, so the app can help them if they have questions about their specific system it's linked to and the crop data for optimization.
The way I'm approaching this is by first learning by using a passion project as a testing ground. I have been playing a long form chose your own adventure type novel I write back and forth with GPT. I have quickly run into the problem of context loss and this kind of things, so I am looking into exactly what Brandon is showing in the Lang Chain tutorial. I will be looking into how to learn enough coding to get a system that can be coherent and contextually accurate no matter how long the adventure gets. It's quite a leap for me because I have never even used code before, but if I keep at it, I think I can figure it out. Then I'm hoping all the skills and knowledge I gain from that project will be directly relevant when I try to make the aeroponics help app.
cheers
