A Heads Up to check your accounts!!

A warning to those who may be on Creative Fabrica's subscription plans, especially if you are paying for all access and spark. I was told 3 years ago in order to keep my prompts private etc, I needed a Spark subscription, even tho I already had an all access subscription for a few years already.

When Spark was finally launched, there was talk about hiding your prompts, and I was told I needed a sub to Spark in order to hide them, get speed credits, and download privately. THIS IS NOT TRUE!

Starting in December of 2022, at $9 a month equals 270 dollars I over paid, but they only refunded me 54 dollars for the last 6 months. I suppose it is better than no refund, but all of you should be checking your subs there, because if you have been switching subscriptions when they make new offers, this might have happened to you also.

For me, I was told I needed a spark sub to keep my prompts hidden, which was simply not true. So take the extra minute and check your own accounts. You should do this periodically anyway, in my case it was not an oversite or anything, it was me being told I needed the extra sub for spark.

I at one time paid $9 a month for the all access, (got that in a special years before) then switched to all access yearly, and somewhere in there was told I needed the extra spark sub, which was simply not the case.

To be honest, I am a little perturbed with CF anyway, because they used to not push other peoples products in your face when you were on a specific designers store or page, but now, you are lucky if a customer can even distinguish your graphics from another's. I often think I am browsing a store on my fav list, only to find out CF took me away from that designer onto another random designer, and it has really impacted many designers who "used" to make good revenue there. Every month I used to have a minimum of 100 dollars or more sent to me, now I am lucky if I can make that much in 3 months, and lately it has taken longer.
