Need Help with n8n Workflow for a Salon Booking Chatbot

Hey everyone! 👋

I'm building an automation service for a salon booking system using n8n, and I need some help to refine my workflow.

The idea is to have a chatbot that:

✅ Interacts with customers to check available time slots

✅ Books, cancels, or modifies appointments based on user input

✅ Provides information about salon services and working hours

✅ Updates the database in real-time to keep track of reservations

I want to make sure the workflow properly manages user requests and updates the database dynamically. If anyone has experience with n8n, webhooks, or database integrations, I’d love to hear your insights! Any tips, example workflows, or best practices would be super helpful.

It's my first service and I'm struggling with it.
