Just finished the Workshop…
Very insightful…the Standout Assessment is a great tool! I am an Advisor/Teacher which fits me so well. I love helping people. I am excited to start applying my strengths alongside everything we learned in this course. As a Residential Realtor, as well as a Team Leader with my brokerage, my three toolboxes will be based around foreclosure listings, investors, and building up an REO team throughout Arkansas and Louisiana to handle REO listings. I have begun one on one sessions with two new team members so far, one in Louisiana and one in Northwest Arkansas…thank you Ray for inviting me into this community. I am excited for this opportunity to grow!!
