@Walter Key What criteria do you use when you are researching your market numbers? I am searching in my city, back six months and got over 536 listings, three months back gives me 395…if I go five miles around my house, I get almost 1300 listings…

This course is a game changer for me!! For the longest time, I would go on listing appointment after listing appointment and get passed up for another agent…or I listed my properties too high after telling the seller that their asking too much based on the numbers I was showing them and not only losing them money because the longer days on market but also affecting my actual days on market… When I asked what I could have done differently, after hearing the news, they told me my listing presentation was great and I answered all of their concerns…and blah, blah, blah… No more!!! Thank you for all of the insight…especially when you mentioned doing market research on the top agents around the houses in specific areas…BOOM!! Great information!!
