Introduction to the group :)
Hi Everyone! Wanted to introduce myself and say hello 👋
My name is Andrew, I've been in real estate for 10+ years here in the Washington DC area. I built a team in Arlington, VA and dabble in both retail and investing (mostly wholesaling, some buy and flips).
Throughout my decade plus years in the business, I've also built out a real estate team operating system built on top of Salesforce, and have a pay per lead agency for cash offer seller leads. Nowadays, I run and operate the latter two agencies, but still have my team :)
Hope to connect with and be a contributing member to this awesome group that has here. Such a great community to be a part of and am looking forward to sharing anything I can to help others succeed.
