Should I run this offer / guarantee?

Average £40 per lead.

£800/£40 = 20 Leads. (Ad spend / CPL)

20/2 = 10 Leads. (Leads / leads who book a quote)

10 x 0.3 = 3 Closed. (Quotes x Roofer closing rate)

3 x 3 = 9 Closed. (closed Jobs x 3 months)

Guarantee = 5 Closed Jobs In 90 Days

Requirement: 30% closing rate from the roofer

My concern is that maybe roofers have a lower than 30% closing rate. Thoughts?
