Running into some issues

Hey guys, hope you're all doing great, so thankful for being part of this community with other agency owners who wanna crush it

I only got started with my email marketing agency for ecommerce brands like a month ago, and I believe I have a solid skillset to provide great results for them

I want to start outreaching but I believe I first have to actually warm up my email which takes 2 months approx right?

I'm a bit stuck at this point bc I just don't know what steps to follow, I'm posting daily content, I have figured out what my offer will be but dont know what to do now

Any recommendations would be amazing!
