New strategy I plan on trying out...

Hi everyone, for a long time I was doing freelance web dev and now I plan to try something different.

I want to hear opinions and advice, also to mention I will be doing this with a friend. We thought about combining my and his service and also adding GHL from guy named Pavel. Here is the breakdown:

-Service: web dev + chatbots + GHL

-Initial offer: Website in a day, where I dm them already done template for them and introduce more services from there

-Outreach:

-fb groups

-instagram dms

-fb dms

-cold calls

-Sales call: one call where we will explain everything about our service, and solve their problems with it leveraging our case studies(we plan on working for free in the beginning so we can get them)

-Sales funnel: making a sales funnel to give credibility and explain what we do better

-Niche: to be determined

-Tools: something to automate DM's and GHL, with some platform for chatbots and web dev, maybe something for scrapping leads also
