Need an Appt Setter ASAP

Good morning everyone! I am struggling to find an appointment setter that has experience in solar and can help me work through a list and cold call some leads. Would be around 1-2 hours a day of cold calling and then just following up with leads coming in from ads.

Looking to start them out on 1 account, we have 5 accounts available currently so there is room to grow. Any tips for hiring? How much should I pay them and other than onlinejobsph and UpWork were is the best place to find someone?
