HVAC client struggling to get leads to answer

Hey Team,

Anyone here in the home services or more specifically HVAC niche?

I have a client who's admin is struggling to get leads to pick up the phone.

She calls 1-3 times across 3 days. And the leads don't pick up.

We have been running their ads for 2 months now and I have a feeling they are on the edge of churning.

Decent lead cost for the budget. Ranging between 9-17 CPL.

Any thoughts or ideas would be helpful!
