Job Title: Sales Manager
Job Description: As a Sales Manager at Highendai you will be responsible for building and
managing a team of sales representatives. Your role includes hiring, training, and overseeing
the performance of your team to ensure the achievement of sales targets. You will earn a
percentage of the revenue generated by your team on a service ranging from $10 k -$35 k
Key Responsibilities:
● Recruit and hire qualified sales representatives.
● Train new hires on sales techniques and product knowledge.
● Develop and implement sales strategies and processes.
● Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics.
● Provide ongoing coaching and support to the sales team.
● Handle escalations and complex sales negotiations.
● Ensure the team meets and exceeds sales targets.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
● Proven experience in sales management.
● Strong leadership and team-building skills.
● Excellent communication and motivational abilities.
● In-depth knowledge of sales processes and techniques.
● Ability to analyze sales data and implement improvements.
● Familiarity with CRM software.
Team Building and Management Duties:
● Create a positive and productive work environment.
● Set clear goals and expectations for the team.
● Conduct regular team meetings and performance reviews.
● Foster a culture of continuous improvement and development.
Training and Development Responsibilities:
● Design and deliver training programs for new hires.

Compensation Structure:
● Base salary only if you've generated $ 100k in revenue plus commission based on team revenue.
● Percentage of revenue generated by the team.
● Performance bonuses for exceeding targets.
Performance Metrics and Targets:
● Teamsales targets based on overall company goals.
● Individual performance reviews to ensure alignment with targets.
