Why aren't I scaling?
Is one of the biggest questions that everyone seems to have. The first thing I ask is about their systems, do you have any?
You quite literally do not have a Business without a team, if the business is not operational without you, whats the point?
I get it, initially you have to put in the ground work before you can afford to hire but look to do it immediately
