The single biggest change I made in my Agency was to raise my prices, it might seem counter productive to raise your prices in order to find more clients but it's what I'm preaching nowadays because:
- You don't want to deal with low ticket clients anyway, likely they will be a nightmare to communicate with, require constant updates and quite often are either too laid back and impossible to get a hold of or extremely pushy and question everything you do because they think they know better.
2. It helps to position you as an authoritative figure. Now that I know the true value of my product, if somebody pitched me a similar service at a low ticket price I would know it's sh*t, I know that my service works 110% which gives me the conviction and confidence when charging higher ticket prices
3. Who doesn't want more money? 馃ぃ
