Today, I was able to accomplish a lot of tasks in my internship and my business.
I found that wearing noise-canceling AirPods with my headphones on top helped me stay focused without getting distracted by sounds around me.
By creating an environment that supports deep work I could get 3-4 times more done in the same amount of time.
ADHD hyperfocus was definitely activated!🚀
