I realized the key to turning desire into action is not motivation, but implementation planning.
Having a plan can improve the chances of achieving and sticking to a goal.
How do we create an implementation intention or plan?
Example: “During the next week, I will partake in at least 20 minutes of active exercise on [DAY] at [TIME] in [PLACE].” (Quote: James Clear)
