Advice on social media management.

Hi guys,

I recently started a social media management agency called Media Scope. I provide the service social media management and content creation for local business which includes Facebook and Instagram management and also create all the content through adobe illustrator and adobe photoshop. I did a couple of cold calls , cold emails and cold WhatsApp massages however I didn't get a positive response most of them were like we will call back and they never did. So I have started to question weather I am doing it correct or there is something wrong with what I am doing. I would highly appreciate if an expert in this industry give me some advice weather there is something wrong here or what i am doing is wrong ? Thank you soo much in advance.
