Consistency is key
One of the things I talk about frequently with my clients is the need for consistency.
It’s not enough to go to PT once or twice a week, and expect changes to happen.
Work needs to be done daily!
Not just through exercise, but with everything else being considered like…
  • What is your hydration like?
  • How are you fueling your recovery and activities?
  • What support(s) are you using to help you achieve your goal(s)
It easy to get the “how” from PT and online resources. It’s much harder to find support.
