Consistency Over Perfection: Why You Don’t Need a Perfect Product to Win
Perfectionism is paralysing for many entrepreneurs who delay launches or new initiatives because they believe everything must be flawless. We have covered this in this community at great length. The Hormozis & Alexi often stress the importance of taking action and iterating along the way, rather than waiting for everything to be perfect . They share that consistent effort and refining the process as you go, rather than launching the “perfect” version of a product is key.
If this resonates with you please Get involved feel free to share something you launched before it was "perfect" and the lessons you learned from it.
Context: this is an extract from my notes, I’m currently doing a sprint implementing ( the rule of 100) as taught in this community.
