First things first go through the introduction video.
If you are a total beginner to Calisthenics I highly recommend going through
Beginner / intermediate blueprints.
Once you have completed them or you are slightly more advanced with your calisthenics training then look at the Handstand / muscle up or any other skill program to unlock those killer calisthenics skills!!
Remember to work on one skill at a time. Specificity is key. Follow the program and watch yourself TRANSFORM!!
