Hi I’m Zoë I’m from Bristol uk and I did my ytt in 2018 with the amazing Ann-See Yeoh when she reawakened my love of yoga, and my face yogatt in 2021with Danielle Collins. I’m really happy to connect with you all and keep the energy flowing. I find it easy to fall in and out and in love again with yoga 😆 and as for social media I'm PANTS at it 🤦🏼‍♀️I’m working on my consistency and refining my why. I stumbled across the yogi show podcast a couple of years ago and thought ‘these are my people!’ Thank you for having me 🤗
