Allow me to introduce myself
My name is Gabriel, and I'm thrilled to be joining this incredible Skool community. I discovered this group through J, whom I met in Joseph Rodriguez's mastermind. The moment I learned about the vision behind this community, I knew I had to be a part of it. As a creative entrepreneur, I'm passionate about personal growth, collaboration, and pushing the boundaries of what's possible. I firmly believe that when the best come together to do their best, magic happens. That's exactly what I see in this community – a gathering of brilliant minds, ready to support and inspire one another on the journey from good to optimal living. My background is in photography, videography, and content creation. I love capturing moments through my lens and helping businesses and individuals showcase their unique value. I'm always eager to learn from others and share my own experiences and insights. I'm excited to dive into this community, connect with like-minded individuals, and contribute to the collective growth and success of everyone here. Let's dream big, challenge ourselves, and create something extraordinary together! Looking forward to getting to know you all and being a part of this transformative journey. Cheers, Gabriel

The Potential of Potential
Plato's Allegory of the Cave and the Concept of Potential Allegory of the Cave Plato's Allegory: - Cave Prisoners: Individuals are trapped in a cave, only able to see shadows projected on the wall, which they take for reality. - Escape and Enlightenment: One prisoner escapes, discovering the outside world and the true source of the shadows. Upon returning, he tries to enlighten the others, but they resist. Singularity Line: - Idea vs. Item: The singularity line between the idea (Forms, in Platonic terms) and the item (physical manifestation) can be thought of as the realm of human experience and understanding. - Man as Mediator: Humans mediate between the ideal and the material, embodying both thought and experience. This dual role reflects our ability to conceptualize higher realities and strive to manifest them in the physical world. Detachment and Manifestation Detachment: - Concept: Detachment involves maintaining the idea or intention while releasing attachment to specific outcomes or material forms. - Role of God: In this framework, God or the divine oversees the details and orchestration of outcomes, aligning with the principle that the universe will manifest desires in the best possible way. Idea vs. Item: - Idea (Thought): Represents the pure intention or concept, unbound by material constraints. - Item (Experience): The physical manifestation of the idea, subject to the limitations and dynamics of the material world. Practical Application Manifestation Process: 1. Set Clear Intentions (Ideas): Define your desires clearly and hold them in your mind with clarity and focus. Example: Visualize owning a luxury car, focusing on the experience of driving it and the emotions associated with it. 2. Practice Detachment: Release attachment to specific outcomes or details, trusting that the universe (or God) will arrange the best possible manifestation. Example: Instead of fixating on whether you'll get a Rolls-Royce, Aston Martin, or AMG, focus on the joy and freedom of having a luxury car. 3. Align Actions with Intentions: Take inspired actions that align with your intentions, while remaining open to how and when your desires will manifest. Example: Research luxury cars, take test drives, and engage with the luxury car community, all while maintaining a flexible attitude. 4. Trust in Divine Timing: Have faith that the universe will deliver your desires in the best possible way and time. Example: Understand that whether you get one specific car or another, the experience will fulfill your deeper desires and align with your highest good.

While feeling the deep sense of at-one-ment with the ALL, more and more the awareness of bringing forth that which the universe wants through me -- relaxing in the knowingness, has proven highly effective. The concepts both you and JR offer continue to remind me of our innate abilities. This year has been incredible not only for me, but those with whom I connect either semi-regularly or often.
Magician Consciousness
This video is so profound on this Archetype, with me being this Archetype it spoke volumes. >> It’s about peering beyond the veil and past all circumstances to see the core, divinity, and stillness in every thing and situation.

@Joe LaPoint in agreement with J that this video directly points to our inherent link to a transformative power around and throughout our being. One recommendation offered near the end of the video discussed reviewing one’s thoughts and feelings to unearth what’s happening within the subconscious realms within. The speaker stated that by feeling and expressing emotions deeply we're in closer proximity to the All. This image and quote stood out to me as apart of the goal to embody.
Tired and sleepy after meals?
Are you feeling tired and sleepy after meals? It might be related to your nutrition! Here are some possible reasons and tips to help you feel more energized: 1. **Blood Sugar Spikes and Crashes**: Do you find yourself reaching for sugary snacks or drinks? Eating high-carbohydrate meals can cause a rapid rise and fall in blood sugar levels, leading to feelings of fatigue. To avoid this, try to include protein, healthy fats, and fiber in your meals to slow down the absorption of carbohydrates. 2. **Large Meals**: Do you often eat until you're very full? Eating large meals can make you feel sluggish as your body works hard to digest the food. Try eating smaller, more frequent meals throughout the day to avoid this. 3. **Nutrient Deficiencies**: Are you getting enough iron, magnesium, and vitamin D? Lack of these nutrients can contribute to fatigue. Consider incorporating more nutrient-dense foods into your diet or consult a healthcare professional for advice. 4. **Dehydration**: Are you drinking enough water? Sometimes, feeling tired after eating can be a sign of dehydration. Make sure to drink enough water throughout the day, especially before and after meals. 5. **Food Sensitivities**: Do you notice any specific foods that make you feel more tired? Certain foods or ingredients could be causing an adverse reaction in your body, leading to fatigue. Keeping a food diary can help you identify if specific foods are causing this issue. 6. **Lack of Sleep**: How is your sleep quality? Poor sleep quality or not getting enough sleep can make you feel tired, even after eating. Try to establish a regular sleep schedule and practice good sleep hygiene. 7. **Stress**: Are you feeling stressed? High stress levels can impact your digestion and energy levels. Incorporating stress-reducing activities like meditation or yoga into your routine may help. Everyone's body is different, so what works for one person may not work for another. If you continue to feel tired and sleepy after eating, it's a good idea to consult with a healthcare professional to rule out any underlying health issues. What changes are you willing to make to improve your energy levels after meals?

@J Bartlett I agree with this, intermittent fasting contributes to my mental clarity and energy. I also only eat fruit before noon and avoid mixing fats and fruits as one takes longer to digest, slowing down the absorption process of the fruits’ nutrients. I’ve also found that reducing my meat and dairy consumption to zero allows me to increase my recovery time helping me extend my bike rides beyond 20m /d, while lowering the saturated fat, energetic suffering and antibiotics added by the intake of animals.
