Starting next week, we will be moving all Training to Train Heroic! This Platform will allow for more user interface, tracking, and communication. We have two separate programs we will be running. @Solomon Sutchar 265! Nice work! I was thinking about setting this as my challenge for 46, let me know what you think. 500 deadlift 400 back squat 300 hang clean 200 strict press 100 weighted pull-up ...everything for three reps. How close are you to that now?
