Has anyone received their "Test Transaction" to their bank or Bitcoin wallet? IF so, what is the amount they are sending and who is the sender?

Is there a way to contact Fundwise support! I can not log in, Been paying $97/M for several months and stil can not log in! Keeps saying does not recongnize email, Yet I keep geeting my bill reciepts to my email address that is not recongized when I try to log in for months now! ANY Help would be greatly appreciated!
